Since Father's Day is in just a few weeks I thought I'd share that my dad, Bill Fritz, is an oil painter. These are 2 of my favorite paintings done about 35 years apart. I remember the "Roses" being painted when I was about 8 years old. He painted it on our back porch in Iowa and all I wanted to do is touch it but I knew better. :) The "Colorful Aspens" was painted just a few years ago. I have them both in my living room and enjoy them everyday.
He lives in Estes Park, CO with Dana and paints Colorado landscapes, barns, flowers and anything else that comes to mind. Love ya, DAD!
